JID Investments LLC (JIDI) is a private money & equity investment firm designed to secure high yield returns with medium risk by providing equity capital to residential, mixed-use & commercial real estate sponsors, developers & businesses having viable real estate, business &/or investment opportunities.

JIDI Funds First Multi-Family Investment

"Deerbrook & Chimney" - March 2019

This offering presents investor participation in two separate apartment complexes. The first property (Deerbrook) is located in Wilmington, NC. The second property (Chimneys) is located in Taylors, SC which is less than 8 miles from the city of Greenville. These properties will be purchased to modernize, gain efficiency & resell allowing for investment diversification through two separate multi-unit assets with a well experienced Sponsor. This investment will include quarterly cashflow & well positioned investor returns through sales of both properties. The total investment period should be between two and five years but projected at three years. 

Presales Kick-off at Peninsula 88 - July 2019

JIDI's joint venture project in Buzzard Point (Peninsula 88) started presales the last week of July. With over 6,000 interested buyers signed up on the project's website &  demand for new construction at an all-time high, the project already has 20 units under contract in just a week's time with price per square foot on sales well above projections. Our Sponsor partner has only released presales to the first 1,000 VIP buyers & plans to open presales to remaining 5,000 VIPs over the next 3 weeks.
